We are a communications agency with specialist knowledge in customer marketing and business development.

Founded in 1998 by Robert Marriott (ex. BBC) and Andrea Kemp (ex. Ogilvy & Mather) we started with one client – Capital Radio, and a brief to transform their sales and customer marketing communication.

We have a unique way of working that combines business insight and creative skill, distilling complex messages and enabling our clients to communicate simply and persuasively. We call this 'The Marlow Way'.
